01 RUN THE HOST Run the Host where your code lives Install the Host on your machine or your own infra. It runs the agents, holds your repositories and credentials, and talks to nothing you did not authorize.

02 MARSHAL THE FLEET Marshal agents in parallel A controller splits the work and dispatches it to worker agents running side by side. Watch them on the flightline; retask or ground any one at any time.

03 THE GATE Nothing merges without you Every change an agent produces stops at the merge gate. The gate is fail-closed: no approval, no merge. Review the diff and clear it — or send it back.
